Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, the remote contract Technical Project Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget while collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically with ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and delivery methodology
• Experience managing Agile or hybrid project delivery using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to monitor project KPIs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
