Job Summary

Orchestrating and delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage large-scale engineering initiatives in the video advertising space, focusing on program execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs from conception to launch, managing project plans, scope, progress, timelines, and dependencies
• Oversee multiple concurrent features, including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with overall program goals
• Foster collaboration across teams to formulate roadmaps and manage the intake pipeline, while actively improving feature execution processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a large engineering organization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent program management skills, including managing multiple interdependent work streams in a data-driven environment
• Strong ability to document requirements, define project scope, and facilitate effort estimation with technical teams
• Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including experience leading metrics-driven projects or programs
