Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time Technical Project Manager will oversee technical projects remotely, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution while bridging engineering, product, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from inception to completion, transforming ideas into successful outcomes through structured planning and execution
• Monitor project progress, set ambitious deadlines, and ensure projects exceed expectations through effective leadership
• Act as a communication bridge between engineering teams and department heads, translating technical details into clear business language

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
• Prior experience in technical project management or software/product delivery with a focus on problem-solving
• Technical fluency to work comfortably with developers and understand workflows, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking with a preference for pragmatism over idealism
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
