Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support live streaming operations, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage vendor engagement, oversee technical support during live events, and ensure efficient execution of Live and VOD workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for vendor engagement and event-day technical support
• Monitor live broadcasts in real-time, triaging and escalating technical issues as needed
• Manage key projects independently from initiation through completion, defining scope, timelines, and resources

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in video content operations, broadcast operations, or streaming media
• Working knowledge of live broadcast environments and broadcast contribution/distribution standards
• Experience with streaming platform fundamentals, including ingest protocols and transcoding
• Familiarity with VR/immersive or next-gen media formats
