Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end execution of live and VOD video workflows, the full-time Technical Project Manager II will manage vendor coordination, monitor broadcasts, and ensure operational efficiency in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support live and VOD event operations from signal planning to post-event analysis
• Serve as a key point of contact for vendor engagement and provide event-day technical support
• Monitor live broadcasts, triage technical issues, and coordinate escalations with production and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video content operations, broadcast operations, or streaming media
• Working knowledge of live broadcast environments and signal path design
• Understanding of broadcast standards such as SMPTE ST 2110/2022 and SCTE-35
• Experience with streaming platform fundamentals, including RTMP, SRT, and HLS
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects from initiation through completion
