Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of customer and partner integrations, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage cross-functional technical projects from kickoff to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners to drive successful integration outcomes
• Continuously improve implementation processes and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience with webhooks
• Familiarity with OAuth, API keys, and authentication processes
• Experience with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and SFTP integrations
• Ability to read API documentation and engage in technical discussions with engineers
