Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of strategic customer implementations, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, deeply understand the platform to troubleshoot integrations, and effectively translate between customer needs and engineering requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution end-to-end on strategic pilots, tracking open items and driving resolutions proactively
• Understand the platform and its interactions with external systems to debug issues and communicate effectively with engineers
• Translate customer requests into actionable documentation and maintain operational rhythms through daily standups and readiness reviews

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects
• Strong understanding of API integrations and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to create clear and actionable documentation for engineering teams
• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and product engineers
• Demonstrated organizational skills and a proactive approach to project management
