Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing data center construction fit-outs, the full-time Technical Project Manager will lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards while working collaboratively with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data center construction projects, meeting all project goals and milestones
• Coordinate activities with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal partners to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines
• Develop comprehensive project plans that cover scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while managing budgets and compliance with safety standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of proven experience leading construction projects, preferably in data center or IT infrastructure
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, data center technologies, and project management methodologies
• Strong organizational skills to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
