Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of technology projects for MSP clients, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage project delivery, build client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while leading end-to-end project delivery
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, service level agreements, and quality standards
• Coordinate implementations of Microsoft 365, Azure, and other IT solutions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant Project Management experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proven experience managing cloud, infrastructure, security, and migration projects
• Strong understanding of ITIL and MSP operational models
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments
