Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of technology projects for clients, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage project delivery, serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while leading end-to-end project delivery
• Build trusted relationships with clients and communicate project progress, risks, and milestones effectively
• Coordinate implementations of Microsoft 365, Azure, and other technology solutions, ensuring quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant Project Management experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proven experience managing cloud, infrastructure, security, and migration projects
• Strong understanding of ITIL and MSP operational models
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments
