Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of technology projects, the full-time Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of services in a managed cloud services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while leading end-to-end project delivery
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations regarding project progress and risks
• Coordinate implementations of Microsoft 365, Azure, and security solutions, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant Project Management experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proven experience managing cloud, infrastructure, security, and migration projects
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and MSP operational models
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments
