Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of technology projects for clients, the full-time Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of managed cloud services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while leading end-to-end project delivery
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, service level agreements, and quality standards
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating project progress and managing expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant project management experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proven experience managing cloud, infrastructure, security, and migration projects
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and MSP operational models
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments
