Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage the backlog and ticketing process for the Business Systems team, drive AI-driven improvements, and interface with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, refine, and manage technical tickets for developers, ensuring clarity and scope
• Identify and implement AI tools and workflows to enhance business processes and drive adoption
• Collaborate with multiple business units to prioritize requests and facilitate communication between stakeholders and developers

Required qualifications:

• Experience managing technical projects or product backlogs for IT or business applications
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate various software platforms and their integrations
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to address business challenges
• Strong capability to create clear technical tickets from business requirements
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across diverse business units
