Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of technology projects, the full-time Technical Project Manager will ensure successful delivery for Managed Service Provider clients, serving as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and leadership while working onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing end-to-end project delivery
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations and quality standards while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Coordinate implementations of cloud, infrastructure, and security solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant Project Management experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Proven experience managing cloud, infrastructure, security, and migration projects
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and MSP operational models
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments
