Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Project Manager will manage delivery teams within Agile Release Trains, ensuring effective governance and control of complex, multi-project programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or more Agile Release Train teams, shielding them from external demands and ensuring focus on delivery
• Coordinate the intake process for program phases, including assessment, estimation, and planning
• Oversee cross-functional team coordination and manage health measurement forums, status reporting, and risk monitoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or related areas
• Extensive experience with Agile program management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Deep understanding of Lean-Agile program management practices, including SAFe
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and drive governance for scope change management
