Job Summary

To support the execution of complex software projects, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize teams in JIRA for releases, milestones, and sprint planning
• Facilitate end-to-end delivery processes, including scoping, development, testing, and production roll-out
• Implement best practices for the product development lifecycle and drive process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
