Job Summary

Leading technical projects from initiation to implementation, the full-time salaried Technical Project Manager will coordinate efforts related to telecommunications and 911 call routing, ensuring project timelines, requirements, and quality standards are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical projects through the full lifecycle, focusing on 911 call routing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee testing and implementation activities to ensure accurate call delivery and system performance
• Track project issues and drive resolutions while contributing to continuous improvement of project methodologies and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, MIS, telecommunications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles, with exposure to telecommunications or 911 environments preferred
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with intermediate knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools
• Familiarity with telecommunications concepts and system integrations is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
