Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of AI-focused projects remotely, driving execution, risk mitigation, and organizational maturity while contributing to the growth of the internal delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from kickoff to post-launch
• Contribute to the definition and growth of the internal delivery organization by proposing scalable process improvements
• Facilitate Scrum rituals and mentor the team on Agile best practices tailored to the startup environment

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of technical delivery/project management experience in AI or SaaS
• Proven experience building or refining delivery processes in a scaling startup
• Deep technical literacy with the ability to coach others on delivery best practices
• Strong communication skills for navigating technical and non-technical discussions
• Ability to work with evolving processes and incrementally improve imperfect systems
