Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the BUSY product team, the full-time Technical Project Manager will organize sprint work, coordinate across product, engineering, design, and operations, and ensure clear task execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize the team's sprint work, including planning, prioritization, and tracking task completion
• Translate product requirements and decisions into actionable tasks for engineering and design
• Coordinate work across multiple teams while managing deadlines, dependencies, and project documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a technology product company
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes and managing team sprints
• Experience owning a product or project from initial scoping to release
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how hardware and software components interact
• Proficiency with task and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence
