Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary full-time basis, the Technical Project Manager will support the centralized program management function by tracking issues raised by strategic firms, maintaining status updates, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve technical challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for issue and feedback intake from strategic firms, triaging technical issues before routing them to product or engineering
- Maintain and update the tracker of themes and issues, ensuring it is audit-ready for stakeholder reporting
- Partner with engineering to understand root causes of issues and communicate them in plain language to non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program/project management experience, ideally supporting a SaaS integration or API
- Proficiency in reading Jira tickets and technical documentation without needing translation
- Strong organizational skills with experience in managing a tracker or system of record
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product, and business teams
