Job Summary
Driving the successful execution of technical projects, the full-time remote Technical Project/Program Manager will manage daily operations, support sprint management, and collaborate with engineering teams in the Ad Tech industry, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, focusing on requirements clarity and backlog grooming
- Support efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking with offshore teams
- Translate high-level business requirements into clear user stories and tasks in Trello, maintaining up-to-date sprint boards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of technical project/product management experience in software development environments
- Strong experience managing sprints and backlogs using Trello or similar tools
- Experience working with offshore engineering teams and managing across time zones
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and the ability to apply them in team settings
