Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support product development initiatives, the contract Technical Project Manager will coordinate across multiple product pods, manage project plans, and develop reporting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive supportability improvement projects from inception to launch and impact measurement
• Develop and maintain a technology project plan outlining tasks, milestones, and resource allocation
• Engage with engineering and product teams to prioritize decisions and improve product quality using data-driven approaches

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program/product management experience with a proven track record of delivering scalable consumer products
• Hands-on experience with Jira workflows, including ticket assignment and release management
• Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and service operations at scale
• Demonstrated experience across the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery
• Strong project management and cross-group collaboration skills with a track record of managing complex projects
