Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional project teams, the full-time Technical Project Manager will drive Agile practices and facilitate technical conversations while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver value-based outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Sprint planning meetings and other Scrum ceremonies while ensuring alignment across teams
- Drive team processes and support engineering teams' agility through Agile/Scrum concepts
- Collaborate with Product Owners to build and prioritize the product backlog and track iteration progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience with a proven track record of increasing responsibility in project management
- Experience leading Agile and Scrum teams to deliver technology solutions
- PMP certification and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with the Rally delivery management platform
