Job Summary
To support Site Reliability Engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage partner communications, translate customer requests into actionable tasks, and drive operational visibility while protecting engineering teams from routine administrative burdens.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner communications by leading status updates and managing expectations with strategic partners
- Translate and coordinate technical work by breaking down customer requests into prioritized tasks for various teams
- Drive operational visibility by tracking project milestones and identifying cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in software, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps environments
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Foundational technical literacy in cloud infrastructure, web hosting, Linux, and containers
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing clarity from fragmented requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
