Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage the intake, requirements definition, and stakeholder communication for all CRM-related projects while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming project requests, facilitating requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, ensuring clarity around scope and timelines
• Coordinate project tracking and delivery, maintaining the Asana board for visibility on project status and prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, with prior hands-on experience preferred
• 3-5 years of project management or business analyst experience in a Salesforce, CRM, or nonprofit fundraising environment
• Demonstrated experience managing technology or CRM projects from intake through delivery
• Experience tracking and reporting on growth metrics related to CRM initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana
