Key responsibilities
- Manage engineering programs end to end, ensuring accountability for scope, milestones, timelines, and risk
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts among engineering, product, design, security, and go-to-market teams
- Deliver updates on program health, risks, and trade-offs to technical, executive, and customer stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in technical program management with experience in complex multi-team programs
- Strong technical intuition with the ability to influence architectural decisions
- Proven track record of delivering at scale, including ownership of significant external commitments
- Ability to set agendas and influence teams without direct oversight
- Experience in implementing processes that enhance speed and rigor in project execution
