Job Summary
To run a multi-region technical delivery program for a Fortune 100 technology company, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage a distributed team of engineers and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery across data engineering, field telemetry infrastructure, and AI tooling in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for a distributed technical program, translating client priorities into actionable plans for a team of engineers and analysts
- Run technical and code-quality review checkpoints, ensuring work meets engineering standards before reaching the client
- Coordinate delivery across multiple technical workstreams, managing daily context-switching and unblocking the team as needed
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical project or program management experience in software, data, or infrastructure delivery
- Experience managing distributed technical teams and running technical or code-quality review processes
- Proven track record in managing full Agile/SDLC delivery cycles, including sprint planning and velocity tracking
- Ability to manage fluctuating team sizes and reallocate resources based on project demands
- Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating handoffs among global teams
