Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading customer integration projects, the full-time B2B Technical Project Manager will manage technical integration initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, partner with stakeholders, and enhance the customer Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for B2B integration initiatives, leading projects from requirements gathering to implementation and closeout
• Analyze business processes and integration technologies to identify opportunities for improvements and develop standardized procedures
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring project completion within timelines and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, particularly in B2B integrations or eProcurement
• Experience with customer eProcurement platforms such as Ariba Network, Coupa, or similar
• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
• Familiarity with B2B integration formats and technologies, including EDI, cXML, and APIs
