Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of cybersecurity and technology consulting engagements, the contracted-to-full-time Technical Project Manager will manage project governance, stakeholder relationships, and team coordination in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for cybersecurity and technology engagements
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance frameworks
• Lead project team meetings, client check-ins, and executive status briefings across various industries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in project management is welcome
• 3-5 years of project management experience in consulting, cybersecurity, or professional services
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, ServiceNow, or equivalent project management tools
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus; Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma also valued
• Startup mindset with the ability to build processes and pivot quickly when priorities shift
