Job Summary
Managing day-to-day technical delivery for a Federal web modernization and digital services program, the full-time Technical Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams across various domains including web development, content operations, and analytics, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical project execution across website maintenance, development, and operations
- Lead Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery activities, including sprint planning and stakeholder demonstrations
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports while identifying and mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing technical projects, web/digital services, or Federal IT delivery programs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams, including backlog management and release planning
- Working understanding of Drupal/WCMS platforms and web operations
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or MS Project for project tracking and collaboration
- Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG, Federal web standards, and risk management concepts
