Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology organization, the remote Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional technical initiatives, drive Agile project execution, and coordinate between stakeholders, engineering teams, and customer-facing partners to ensure successful delivery of healthcare technology projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical projects within Agile pods from planning through deployment and post-release support
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and project status meetings
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, or related experience
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Healthcare technology experience with strong HL7 integration knowledge required
- Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP or CSM certification is a plus
