Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the implementation of client projects, the full-time remote Technical SaaS Project Manager will manage the delivery of projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project scope while collaborating with Business Analysts and Data Engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans based on signed Statements of Work, leading kickoff meetings to set engagement expectations
• Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support
• Monitor and maintain project tasks in JIRA and Asana, ensuring accurate tracking of scope, timelines, and deliverables

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in fintech or other regulated industries
• Proficient in using JIRA and Asana for project management tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
• Ability to hold clients and internal teams accountable to project plans
• Willingness to pursue certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master
