Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Technical Project Manager will manage platform implementation projects, conduct stakeholder discovery sessions, and produce business requirements documentation while collaborating with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to map current state supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
• Produce business requirements documents and standard operating procedures for technology implementations
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and document future state processes, roles, and governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in business process consulting, operations design, or supply chain management
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and process mapping with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CBPP, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
