Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst will lead stakeholder discovery, coordinate delivery plans, and facilitate design workshops for complex Microsoft cloud modernization efforts for a federal customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder discovery, document requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog
- Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, risks, and executive reporting across concurrent workstreams
- Facilitate design workshops, user acceptance testing, and change-management activities
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in technical project management, business analysis, or product delivery roles
- Experience leading enterprise application or Microsoft cloud implementation projects
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and backlog management
- Ability to manage delivery cadence and cross-functional dependencies
- Excellent written and executive communication skills
