Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support Tidal's core platforms and operational infrastructure, the full-time VP of Technical Project Management will own delivery outcomes across multiple technology initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure executive visibility into project progress and risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across multiple technology initiatives, setting scope and sequencing for teams and projects
• Lead collaboration to build sustainable intake and prioritization practices across engineering, data, and business teams
• Ensure clear visibility into progress, risk, and trade-offs for executive leadership while building trusted relationships with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on building or maturing a PM function
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with direct accountability for outcomes
• Experience in building processes and making resourcing decisions with incomplete information
• Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders, including direct executive-level reporting
• Strong grounding in Agile and Lean principles, with the ability to adapt them to team needs
