Required qualifications

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical role, along with 5+ years in technical project management
- Experience managing direct reports, including mentoring and coaching, for at least 2+ years
- Demonstrated ability to document and clarify fuzzy requirements for project teams
- Understanding of software and hardware development life cycles and integration processes
