Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of complex integration projects, the full-time remote Enterprise Technical Project Manager will coordinate between engineering, implementation, and product teams while ensuring projects launch on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical implementation projects, including customer integrations and multi-system data-sharing use cases
• Translate technical requirements into execution plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project scope

Required qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of experience in technical or SaaS project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, and integration workflows
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong risk identification and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
