Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Providing proactive technical leadership, the contract Technical Project Manager will focus on circuit design and test and turn-up processes, ensuring network reliability and customer satisfaction in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives related to service assurance and network reliability
- Analyze and identify complex issues within the Transport network
- Design and produce technical bulletins and operational processes for departmental guidance
Required qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Transport network services, systems, and lifecycle management
- Expertise in SONET and Digital Access Cross-Connect (DACS) technologies
- Familiarity with Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS)
- Ability to interpret Circuit Layout Records and complex schematics
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring personnel
