Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation for global clients, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage onboarding journeys, oversee project governance, and act as a solution consultant to ensure successful deployment of AI-driven orchestration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for new global customers, conducting kickoff calls and Q&A meetings
• Direct and manage day-to-day project activities, including planning and stakeholder reporting
• Translate business requirements into feasible product setups and maintain onboarding materials

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS solution deployment, particularly in consulting or professional services
• Experience leading complex, large-scale global client-facing SaaS implementation projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders
