Job Summary

Managing project delivery efforts, the full-time Technical Project Manager (CO Licensed) will oversee service delivery operations, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while working remotely from Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall service delivery and operations for projects, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving delivery-related issues
• Forecast and manage project costs and profitability while leading technical resources for successful project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 10 years of industry-specific experience
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring, ticketing, and management platform infrastructures
• Strong IT technical and project management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment
