Job Summary

Supporting meetings in EST, the remote Technical Project Manager II will blend project management and technical leadership, focusing on delivering AI, automation, and marketing technology solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions, document requirements, and manage delivery risks for AI solutions
• Translate business needs into actionable technical direction and support quick proof-of-concepts using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Oversee project management tasks while providing technical solution leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in project management and technology delivery, particularly for AI solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and similar AI and automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to combine project management discipline with technical solution leadership
• Strong understanding of marketing technology concepts and related business processes
