Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Review - Solar.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate solar permit packages and maintain professional communication
• Assist homeowners with account setup, system activation, and verify system data accuracy
• Educate homeowners on energy production and handle inquiries through various channels

Required Qualifications

• Engineering graduates preferred or other technical course graduates with relevant experience
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in solar or energy industry
• Familiarity with homeowner support or home technology products
• Experience using AutoCAD or exposure to solar-related projects
• Working knowledge of platforms in solar support
