Technical Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Reliability Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project coordination, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Contribute to technical project execution and documentation preparation
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication between teams and clients

Required Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience supporting technical, electrical, and/or industrial projects
• Associates or equivalent certification or greater in an area of electrical or technical education
• Strong task and project coordination skills
• Experience with project management tools like Asana and Microsoft Office products
• Adept at identifying customer needs and challenges
