Technical Projects Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the Army G2 INVICTA Program, the full-time salaried Technical Projects Manager will oversee complex technical projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with mission outcomes, while initially working onsite in Northern Virginia with potential for hybrid remote arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Initiates and oversees planning and execution of complex technical programs
- Identifies and mitigates risks to keep technical projects on track
- Acts as a central facilitator between engineering, product, and non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience
- Active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret SCI clearance
- Proven experience leading mid to large DoD projects, specifically Cost Plus in structure
- Understanding of AI implementation and applications in technical challenges
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
