Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Proposal Coordinator who will manage and support the proposal process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development, production, and submission of proposals in response to client RFPs
  • Provide technical input into bid proposals and identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Maintain and improve proposal materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
  • Specialized Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Experience in technical writing, cost estimating, and technical sales
