Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Proposal Coordinator who will manage and support the proposal process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development, production, and submission of proposals in response to client RFPs
Provide technical input into bid proposals and identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers
Maintain and improve proposal materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
Specialized Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience in technical writing, cost estimating, and technical sales
