Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft clear, compelling, and accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests
• Maintain and optimize content within the proposal management platform and collaborate with subject matter experts
• Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation and participate in content reviews and process improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional writing experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or related fields
• Experience managing content in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and writing tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with proposal management platforms is preferred
