Key Responsibilities

• Write technical proposals for US federal government customers seeking Oracle Cloud services
• Capture and organize content from subject matter experts and present it in a clear, compliant format
• Manage multiple document versions and ensure compliance with client requirements across response teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' experience as a technical writer
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Knowledge of public cloud providers such as Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in crafting persuasive proposal content
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and subject matter experts
