Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate compliant proposal shells for state and federal Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) RFPs
• Collaborate with the Proposal team to draft, edit, and improve proposal materials
• Maintain and build the proposal library and ensure consistent proposal submissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or substantial relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in proposal writing, state/federal procurement responses, or grant writing
• Familiarity with RFP Content Management Systems
• Ability to write multiple RFPs simultaneously
• Experience incorporating operational feedback into writing
