Technical Publications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Publications Specialist to enhance communication between the organization and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming work for the Technical Publications team, including project requirement reviews and assignment of tasks
• Support sales and customer retention efforts through the preparation of accurate documents such as proposals and manuals
• Proofread and edit documents for the team and participate in cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• High school education; business school or college courses preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Reader/Distiller
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
