Technical Pursuit Specialist

Job Summary

To support strategic opportunities within the Energy & Industrial Solutions business, the full-time remote Technical Pursuit Specialist will manage quotation requests for low and medium voltage switchgear, coordinate internal teams, and develop competitive proposals aligned with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate RFQs exceeding $5M, collaborating with Siemens Factory Teams on product integration
• Review project plans and specifications to determine equipment requirements and ensure compliance with local electrical codes
• Create and manage bid opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical background in electrical systems, preferably in low and medium voltage switchgear
• 7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or technical sales support
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards
• 3+ years of proficiency with Salesforce and internal quotation tools
